Currently, Relief Time is only compatible with Greek-licensed doctors, and prescriptions issued through our platform are valid only within Greece. While you can access the platform and book consultations from abroad, prescriptions can only be fulfilled in Greece, according to national medical regulations.
Yes! If needed, our doctors can easily refill your prescriptions from wherever you are. They will review your previous therapy through a short assessment and, if needed, adjust your treatment to ensure it remains safe and effective.
No, you don’t need a referral from a regular doctor or GP to use ReliefTime. While a referral or past medical documentation can be helpful, it’s not required to begin. During the onboarding process, you’ll complete an eligibility questionnaire and have the option to share relevant medical history, including uploading documents or previous prescriptions. You will need a webcam and microphone only if your consultation includes a video call. For chat or phone consultations, they are not required.
