Pricing Policy

- During the conversation, the doctor will request payment, which appears directly within the chat. Once the payment is completed, the doctor is immediately notified and issues the receipt through their own system.
The amount includes:
- the medical service and prescription issuance
- the use and support of the platform
- secure payment processing via Stripe
How Payment Works
- The patient pays the total amount via Stripe.
- The doctor is immediately notified of the payment and issues the receipt through their own system.
There are no additional charges. No hidden fees.
- Stripe transaction costs are covered
- part of the amount is allocated to the platform for its operation and support
- the remaining amount is paid directly to the doctor for services and prescription issuance

- Each doctor sets their own fee.
- At the time of booking, the amount is securely held to guarantee your appointment. For cancellations up to 3 hours in advance, the full amount is refunded. For last-minute cancellations (within 3 hours), 50% of the amount is refunded.
