Pricing policy

• Total amount: 8,00 € (special offer until 30.09.2026)
• The doctor is notified of the payment via Stripe and issues the receipt through their own billing system. 

Amount breakdown

• Stripe transaction fee: 0,39 €
• Platform service fee (Relief): 2,21 €
• Net amount to doctor: 5,41 €

Future adjustment

After a few months, there will be an update announcing an increase of the total charge to €10.00.
The increase will be split equally:

• +1,00 € to the doctor’s revenue
• +1,00 € to the platform’s revenue

VIDEO CALL 

The patient pays the full final amount via Stripe to the doctor.

Pricing

• Each doctor sets their own price for a 20-minute appointment.
• The amount is reserved at the time of booking.

Revenue distribution (after completion of the session)

After deducting Stripe fees:

• 75% goes to the doctor
• 25%  goes to the platform

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation > 3 hours before the appointment
  → Full refund to the patient.
• Cancellation < 3 hours before the appointment
  → 50% refund to the patient.
  → The remaining 50% is distributed as follows:
  
  • 75% to the doctor
  • 25% to the platform

  For cancellations up to 3 hours in advance, the full amount is refunded.
  For last-minute cancellations (within 3 hours), 50% of the amount is refunded.
