If you are a physician/healthcare professional, please inform us at support@relieftime.com whether you agree to the online display of ratings and reviews submitted by visitors/Uusers who have scheduled an online medical appointment through RELIEFTIME, as well as to the sending of monthly statistical data regarding the traffic to your profile, so that we may provide you with recommendations aimed at optimizing and increasing its visibility.

If you meet the criteria for one of the two categories outlined in sections II and III above, please inform us at support@relieftime.com whether you consent to the recording of your sessions via VideoSDK for Telehealth, which is GDPR compliant. Such recording is performed solely for the purposes of maintaining medical records and ensuring accountability in the context of quality control of the services provided, either ex officio or in response to a complaint submitted by you.
